Obamacare may need PR agent

Imagine the army of publicists and promotional agents who have been on the Federal payroll as staff or “outside” consultants to help spin the story about Obamacare (the PPACA) since inception in March 2010?  No, really, we don’t have to imagine because this is reality.  No matter what the government has managed to tell about Obamacare, it seems that the work press and the extended network of citizen journalists continue to uncover a different story.
